Here is a quick and easy yoga flow to get your day started! Slow simple stretching the body can help focus your mind and body, leaving you feeling invigorated and alive! In Easy Flow we will move gently from one asana to another and allow the breath to take us from one to the other. As we flow from one asana to another the breath and movement generates a meditative state encouraging us to let go of anything that binds us and allows us to focus more on experiencing the present moment. We are where we are supposed to be.
