M indful breathing is a very basic yet powerful mindfulness meditation practice. It is with intention we draw ourselves inward to be able to focus our attention on the breathwork or pranayama. Breathing is very basic to human existence; it can be affected by life's conditions. We can bring our attention to our breath to its natural rhythm and flow and the way it feels on each inhale and exhale without judgement.
